We are thrilled to announce that the first home at Travis Club is nearing completion! Built by Sendero Homes on Homesite 100, this residence is set to become the first home at Travis Club — an incredible milestone and exciting glimpse at the club coming to life.
To celebrate, we’re kicking off a new builder series with Sales Director Chris Wells starting with Founding Member Scott Walther. He selected this homesite nearly three years ago, drawn to its incredible position overlooking the No. 2 green with Lake Travis in the sightline beyond. Today, that vision is a reality, with unobstructed views that capture the best of both worlds at Travis Club: golf and lake life.
It’s fitting that our first completed home sits right at the heart of the community. This marks the beginning of many more to come. Congrats @senderohomes!

Game days are better at Travis Club 🤘🏈
We brought the SEC to Duke’s with cold drinks, tailgate favorites, and the Longhorns on the big screen. Members gathered for a Texas-sized watch party complete with game day fashion pop-ups, amazing bites from Chef Shawn, and the best company on the shores of Lake Travis.
Just another reason we love seeing this community come together. Cheers!

Smart living starts with a great location.
Travis Club families benefit from access to Lake Travis ISD, which earned an “A” rating in the 2026 Texas Education Agency accountability system.
And the district is growing alongside our community. Two newer elementary and middle school campuses are just minutes from our front gate, while construction is underway on the new high school off Highway 71. The 150-acre campus is planned to welcome its first students in August 2029.
Another way life at Travis Club brings together the best of the Hill Country… exceptional education, continued investment, and convenient access.

Approved | October 16 - tree bar vibes
The lake’s best kept secret.
On the shores of Lake Travis, we've transformed a historic cottage into Duke's & the Tree Bar — the social heart of Travis Club. Come for an afternoon beer, mouthwatering BBQ, jam sessions around the fire pit, or stargazing under the Texas sky. Settle in at the Tree Bar, drink in the lake views, and you'll quickly understand why it's already our members' favorite place to gather. It's a laid-back, come-as-you-are kind of place where neighbors turn into friends, and friends feel like family.
