The hole that starts your journey home — Hole #16 | Par 3 | Yardages: 238 - 219 - 182 - 173 - 130

The sixteenth hole is robust and picturesque three-shot hole with the Travis Club clubhouse watching from above. One of the few forced carries on the course, the tee shot here compels the player to navigate over Travis Club's only internal lake to successfully find the green.

Avoid the water, avoid the bunkers guarding the green and a par is likely. As is a well-earned round of applause from the gallery on the clubhouse porch.

A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 15 years of food and beverage experience, Wes brings a deep passion for service and a refined culinary perspective to the club. Originally from Minden, Nevada, he earned his degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, along with a Wine Professional Certification. Wes is also a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and holds a Level 2 Spirits certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust — bringing a thoughtful, elevated approach to every guest experience.

Known for his genuine hospitality and attention to detail, Wes is driven by creating memorable moments for members and guests alike. When he’s not at the Club, you can find him cooking, fishing, or exploring the outdoors.

While our freshest face at Duke’s, he’s already been instrumental in our spring community events and prepping the club for our member opening soon. Give him a “Howdy!” the next time you see him!
