With over 14 years of experience at premier private clubs including The Estancia Club in Scottsdale and Entrada at Snow Canyon in Utah, Roman brings a deep understanding of what defines an exceptional golf experience. A PGA Certified Professional and lifelong student of the game, he’s known for his member-first leadership, innovative programming, and passion for fostering connection through golf. Roman looks forward to shaping the Travis Club golf experience from the ground up and building lasting traditions for generations to come.
When asked what drew him to Travis Club, he says, “The vision. Travis Club is building something generational, and I’m energized by the chance to help establish traditions from day one. Culture, standards, and experiences that will still feel special decades from now.”

What are you most looking forward to about the Travis Club golf experience?
Welcoming our members into a golf experience that feels effortless. Thoughtful touches throughout the day and a staff that anticipates needs before you ask. My goal is a daily “wow” that makes the club the best part of your week.
When you’re not on the course, what do you enjoy doing?
Anything outdoors, time with friends, my dog Moose, and staying active. I also love digging into fitness and performance. Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) work keeps me curious about how people move and how we can help them enjoy golf longer.
What’s your favorite part of a golf course design or layout?
I love designs that reward imagination. Greens that invite options, angles that make you think, and a round that unfolds with variety. When a course asks for both commitment and creativity, every round feels fresh.
What advice do you give new golfers or beginners?
Start with the fun and the fundamentals. Build a repeatable setup, learn a reliable short game, and celebrate small wins. Find playing partners who make the round enjoyable. When you’re having fun, progress comes fast.
