💚 NAACP held a press conference at Muny celebrating the historical significance of the course as the first public golf course in the south to racially desegregate

💚 Unveiling of the Save Muny billboard at Butler Park

💚 We celebrated 100 Years of Muny at Imagine Muny III Gala

💚 The HT 34th Annual Dr. General Marshall and Marvin Douglas Golf Tournament was held at Muny

💚 The 19th Hole Party and Forever Green Tournament returned and were a HUGE success

💚 Former PGA Champion & UT All-American Mark Brooks led a clinic for junior golf campers

💚 The 2nd Annual Firecracker Champions Dinner was held at Lions

💚 The Muny Conservancy completed course renovations including a new picnic area, new chipping pads, new driving range pads, and a wonderful new expanded putting green

💚 A new Muny Advisory Board was formed

💚 Muny celebrated 100 Years Young with a Centennial Celebration, and Mayor Kirk Watson Proclaimed October 3, 2024 as Lions Muny Golf Course Day in Austin, TX
